Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, profound and gentle, hands-on technique that uses light touch to examine the movements of fluids and membranes in and around the central nervous system.

Releasing tension in the Central Nervous System promotes a feeling of well-being by reducing pain and boosting health and immunity. Craniosacral Therapy is thought to improve efficiency of biological processes through boosting inherent self-regulation, self-correction, and self healing. The therapy can be used successfully with children and adults.

Sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes. While some individuals may notice an improvement after a single session, it often takes numerous sessions for a client to work towards their therapy goals. At the onset of treatment, the client and therapist discuss health concerns and goals for the therapy sessions.
